Job Summary
Shift: 4th shift (Friday - Sunday) 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Work Location:
On-site (Mankato, MN)
Starting Salary: $24.58 to $28.57 hourly + 10% shift differential (Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly)
ResponsibilitiesAssists in the set-up and test of a unit or units; works with blueprints, specifications, etc. Runs panel with unit being tested if required. Reads analyzers, meters, and scopes. Performs daily/weekly TPM tasks accurately and consistently. Ensures safe set‑up and operation of rotating equipment testing. Works under direction from Tester A or supervisor. Fulfills 8,000 hours experience requirement to understand testing principles and procedures.
Completes Tooling U classes for electrical safety. Performs other duties assigned by supervisor within the same salary grade or below.
Vocational or high school graduate with coursework in electronics required. Must have formal accredited apprenticeship or equivalent training in testing related trades such as assembler, machinist, or electrician. Must be a sole U.S. citizen.
