Job Summary
Shift: 2nd shift. Days of Work:
Monday - Thursday.
Work Hours:
4:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
Work Location:
On-site (Mankato, MN). Starting Salary: $24.24 to $27.73 hourly + 10% shift differential. Pay Frequency:
Bi-Weekly.
- Stacks and aligns rotor and stator laminations for assembly of cores.
- Measures stack using a ruler and adds or removes laminations to bring core body to specified size.
- Performs GMAW tack welds that meet certification requirements.
- Completes daily/weekly TPM tasks with accuracy and consistency.
- Uses a variety of hand and power tools, including spot welding.
- Receives instruction on new work and variations under general supervision.
- Undergoes 6,000 hours of training to attain proficiency in welding quality and quantity of work.
- Performs additional duties as designated by supervisor in the same salary grade or below.
Requires a vocational or high school graduate or equivalent. Must be a US citizen.
