Job Summary
Shift: 4th Shift
Days of Work: Friday - Sunday
Work Hours: 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Work Location: On-site (Mankato, MN)
Starting Salary: $24.58 to $28.57 hourly + 10% shift differential
Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly
Job DescriptionSet-up, adjust and operate shaft press machines. Duties include pressing shafts, mandrels, and tubes in/out of rotor. Maintain and regulate oven temperatures and times to follow set procedures. Daily/weekly TPM tasks must be performed with accuracy and consistency. Six thousand (6,000) hours experience required to acquire operating skills and knowledge of pressing techniques. Perform other duties as designated by the supervisor in the same salary grade and below.
Education and ExperienceVocational or high school graduate plus a formal training program or equivalent on-the-job training required to perform work and acquire knowledge of shaft pressing methods and procedures.
Must be a sole US citizen.
