Role Summary
The Saw / Fabrication position involves setting up and operating saws and metal fabrication equipment based on blueprints and work instructions.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and set up fabrication equipment, ensuring materials meet specifications.
- Interpret technical drawings and perform quality checks using measurement tools.
- Handle raw materials and finished products safely and efficiently.
- Perform equipment maintenance and document material movement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to support production goals.
- Follow safety policies and procedures at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent; at least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work for extended periods.
- Proficiency with hand tools, measuring devices, and equipment operation.
- Strong communication skills in English and ability to interpret blueprints.
- Dependable with a positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to work overtime.
