Shift Schedule- 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 3:00 PM – 2:00 AM (+ overtime as needed)
- 3rd Shift: Monday-Thurdsay 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (must have welding certification)
- Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM (must have welding certification)

- Demonstrate welding ability and pass certification.
- Read blueprints and make equipment adjustments.
- Use basic math for accurate measuring, assembly, and problem solving.
- Quickly learn new tasks and concepts.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fabrication environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Execute on SOP, quality, and safety practices.
- Prioritize and manage workflow to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills.
- Use handheld measuring tools (tape measurer, combination square, etc.).
- Lift 25–50 pounds frequently.
