• Mechanical assembly including box builds, cable assemblies and bracket assemblies
• Conformal coating of electronics circuit boards
• Participate in inventory counts as required
• Adhere to Herdstar’s policies and procedures
• Perform duties as workload necessitates
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude
• Communicate regularly with management
• Demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload
• Consistently report to work on time and prepared to perform duties of the position
• Meet productivity standards

• Ability to determine the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job
• Detail-oriented and quality conscious
• Basic math skills
• Ability to make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble very small objects
• Knowledge of electronic manufacturing equipment, machines, tools, and ESD processes
• Ability to read and follow written assembly procedures
• Ability to follow verbal instruction
• Good organizational skills, well disciplined, and able to meet deadlines
• Ability to work in a small environment
• Ability to work under pressure of many priorities and deadlines; effective problem solver
• High School diploma or equivalent

• Requires a combination of sitting and standing throughout the day
• Requires lifting and movement of equipment weighing up to 60 pounds, with or without accommodation
• Requires excellent finger dexterity, fine motor, and vision skills
• Requires the use of small hand tools
