Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring welder workers for a manufacturing/fabrication company in Mankato, MN. In this role, you'll help produce high-quality fabricated products while working with an experienced team in a growing company. Perform TIG welding assignments according to project specifications

Work with the area lead to complete jobs and meet production timelines

Review and understand welding and fabrication project requirements

Ensure department standards and production schedules are maintained

Conduct quality assurance inspections throughout the welding process

Follow established safety, quality, and operating procedures

TIG welding experience is required

2+ years of experience in a fabrication environment

Experience with drilling, welding, and using various hand tools

Ability to use measuring instruments such as tape measures and combination squares

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently with or without reasonable accommodations

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Ability to follow SOPs, quality standards, and safety practices

D1 certification preferred
