Production Team Member (Casting & Finishing)

The Earning PotentialWe offer a competitive, fast-tracked pay structure designed to reward your dedication:
- Starting Pay: $24.98/hour.
- Rapid Increases:
Get 3 pay raises within your first year of employment. - Additional Pay:
Earn a $1.25/hour shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
You will play a vital role in our foundry, ensuring every piece we produce meets the high standards our customers expect. You will be placed in one of two key areas:
- Casting Department:
Handle the creation of molds and cores, manage the pouring of molten iron, and perform quality assurance tests. - Finishing Department:
Serve as the final "quality gate." Use grinders, de-gating tools, and specialized equipment to bring castings to exact customer specifications.

Preferred Skills (Not Required):
Previous experience in a manufacturing or foundry environment. Existing forklift certification.
