What You'll Do as a Materials Coordinator:

• Work in one or more supply chain areas, such as shipping, receiving, or inventory control
• Read schedules, inventory reports, and work orders to issue and distribute materials
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory control and perform cycle counts
• Move full and empty bins to and from manufacturing
• Process and track materials, including MRB (Material Review Board) transactions
• Verify and store incoming materials properly
• Pick up and deliver materials using requisition forms
• Perform material transactions in the Visual Manufacturing system
• Schedule shipments with transportation vendors per customer requirements
• Use online shipping systems (e.g., Fed Ex) to ensure timely delivery
• Verify part numbers and serial numbers of match shipping documents
• Maintain records and input data into computer systems
• Inspect received products for compliance with documentation

What You Need to Bring to the Materials Coordinator Role:

• High school diploma or GED; or one month of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Three months’ related manufacturing assembly and machine operating experience.
• Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl with or without reasonable accommodations
