Perform hand soldering of electronic components using soldering tools

Assemble circuit board components with precision under a microscope

Inspect boards and components to ensure quality standards are met

Use small hand tools such as pliers and cutters during assembly

Hold and position boards for detailed soldering and inspection tasks

Complete required production and assembly documentation

Enter production data into computer systems

Follow supervisor instructions and support production processes

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and work instructions

Ability to use basic computer systems for data entry

Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment

Ability to work under a microscope and remain seated for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and meet physical job requirements
