ShiftSchedules & Competitive Pay
We have open positions across multiple shifts to fit your schedule:
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:00PM - $18.00
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 3:30PM-2:00AM - $19.00
- As an Electronics Assembly Technician, you will play a vital role in building complex printed circuit boards (PCBs) used in medical devices, industrial equipment, and advanced technology.
- Component Placement:
Manually place small electronic components onto circuit boards prior to soldering, ensuring exact alignment. - Machine Operation Support:
Help monitor automated assembly equipment, including surface-mount technology (SMT) machinery, component feeders, and ovens. - Hand Assembly & Soldering:
Perform precise hand-soldering and mechanical assembly of small parts using specialized tools, tweezers, and magnifying equipment. - Quality Inspection:
Visually inspect completed circuit boards for defects, missing parts, or incorrect alignment according to strict high-tech quality standards. - Documentation:
Maintain accurate, digital production logs and follow detailed step-by-step assembly drawings and instructions.
- Good communication skills
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Basic computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 30#
- Ability to create and Interpret technical documentation
