Are you a hands-on individual with a passion for assembly? Join our team as an Assembler, a DIRECT HIRE position with no probationary period. In this role, you will be a key team member, responsible for assembling critical components and contributing to the creation of high-quality products from day one.

• 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:00PM-2:00AM
• 4th Shift: Friday-Sunday, 6:00AM-6:00PM (Work 36 hours, paid for 40)

• Assemble mechanical, electrical, and/or electronic components, sub-assemblies, and complete assemblies, following detailed drawings, specifications, and schematics.
• Insulate, wind, and hook up stators for motors and generators, adhering to established methods and procedures.
• Solder connections to industry standards, ensuring strong and reliable bonds.
• Adjust, fit, and align components to meet strict inspection standards.
• Utilize various hand and power tools as needed.

• Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes.
• A strong eye for detail and commitment to quality.

• The ability to follow prescribed procedures and methods.
• A High School or Vocational School graduate or equivalent

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
