** The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
** As a
** Global Social Media Specialist**, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
* Developing global social media strategies across paid (ie. Meta, Linked In, Pinterest, You Tube, Reddit) and owned channels in partnership with business teams to drive effectiveness and demand among end users.
* Planning, executing, and reporting on global social media campaigns, ensuring clear performance tracking and actionable insights.
* Driving campaign optimization by testing new techniques, analyzing performance data and analytics, and shifting resources to top-performing tactics to improve outcomes.
* Partnering with Integrated Marketing, Marketing Communications and agencies to develop engaging, digitally optimized creative across relevant platforms and formats.
* Experience working on influencer campaigns.
* Leveraging social listening and user-behavior insights and executing AI-first marketing workflows to streamline planning, improve content quality/consistency, and enhance forecasting across channels.
** Your Skills and Expertise
** To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND two (2) years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role
** OR
* ** High School Diploma/GED (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND eight (8) years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role
** AND
* * In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
* Three (3) years of Marketing, Brand, and/or Agency experience
* Two (2) years of social media community engagement experience, including one (1) year of social media advertising experience for an ad agency, consumer brand, or marketing-forward B2B brand.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to pivot quickly, deliver accurate reporting, and translate performance data into optimization actions.
* Strong cross-functional collaboration
