This position will oversee all facets of philanthropy, including major gifts, annual and planned giving, and corporate and foundation relations, as well as donor stewardship. By fostering strategic partnerships and launching innovative fundraising initiatives, the CPO will ensure sustained revenue growth to support the organization’s objectives.

The CPO is a member of the executive leadership team and is responsible for leading all philanthropic revenue‑generating strategies, including individual giving and major gifts, institutional giving and grants, corporate support, events, and board engagement.
