Goodwill‑Easter Seals Minnesota seeks a Chief Philanthropy Officer who will be a vital member of the executive leadership team, charged with developing and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy aimed at advancing the organization’s mission. This position will oversee all facets of philanthropy, including major gifts, annual and planned giving, and corporate and foundation relations, as well as donor stewardship. By fostering strategic partnerships and launching innovative fundraising initiatives, the CPO will ensure sustained revenue growth to support the organization’s objectives.

GESMN seeks a dynamic, experienced Chief Philanthropy Officer. The CPO is a member of the executive leadership team and is responsible for leading all philanthropic revenue‑generating strategies, including individual giving and major gifts, institutional giving and grants, corporate support, events, and board engagement. We seek a professional who is a build and scale leader to ignite the next phase of the organization’s philanthropy strategy, including reimagining team structure and fundraising systems to scale impact.
