Compensation: $54 - $78 per hour active hours, $510.00 - $12.00 per hour beeper fee

7 Days On / 7 Days Off (Full‑Time On‑Call Role)

Superior Hospice, a new branch of Home Health Care, Inc., is redefining hospice care across Minnesota. We're seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to serve as an on‑call expert for our growing patient base. This role is perfect for an RN who thrives under pressure, seeks work‑life balance through a 7 on / 7 off model, and finds meaning in guiding families through life’s most sensitive transitions.

• Provide comfort, peace, and dignity to patients nearing the end of life
• Serve as the clinical lifeline during off‑hours, offering reassurance and expertise
• Make a measurable difference in how families experience hospice support

• 7 days on, 7 days off schedule allows for focused care and meaningful rest
• Work independently with full clinical support and resources at your fingertips

• $90,000 to $130,000 annual salary based on experience
• Full benefits including medical, dental, PTO, mileage reimbursement, and 401(k)
• Cell phone reimbursement + hospice tablet provided

• Collaborate with a leadership team offering over 200 years of combined clinical experience

• Respond promptly to after‑hours calls for symptom management, crisis care, or family support
• Provide in‑home skilled nursing care, assessments, and interventions
• Deliver emotional guidance to patients and caregivers during sensitive moments
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to adjust care plans as needed
• Document all visits and phone calls accurately and timely in our EHR system
• Educate families on comfort care and end‑of‑life expectations
• Triage patient needs via phone and determine appropriate next steps

• Active RN license in Minnesota
• Hospice, oncology, or palliative care experience required
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to remain calm in urgent situations
• Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and medical teams
• Willingness to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating schedule
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
