We are a well-established home care agency serving clients since 2007. We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to perform non‑medical, in‑home assessments for elderly clients in the Mankato and Rochester, MN region (within a 2‑3 hour drive). This is a part‑time, flexible position with compensation of $60 per hour for travel time and assessment work. Applicants must hold an active, valid RN license in Minnesota.
Responsibilities- Conduct in‑home assessments by speaking with clients at their residences and documenting non‑medical care needs (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming, light house cleaning).
- Complete and file required healthcare assessment documents.
- Fulfill assessment requirements within 3‑5 calendar days of notification for Veterans Affairs contracts.
- Travel to client homes and manage scheduling, available 8 am–8 pm, Monday–Sunday.
- Active, valid RN license in the state of Minnesota.
- Completed a TB (tuberculosis) skin test within the past 48–72 hours; record of test and result must be provided (cost covered on first paycheck if receipt is provided).
- Reliable transportation to client locations.
