This role is truly part‑time with shifts lasting 4 to 6 hours per day, 3 or more days per week

• Our patients depend on the plasma we collect, so reliability during scheduled hours is greatly valued.

Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high‑quality plasma you collect will become life‑changing medicines. Here, a commitment to customer service and quality is expected. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a plasma donor screener, performing phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety and team coordination.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record donor vital signs and finger‑stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs; occasional lifting up to 32 lbs (rarely 50 lbs).
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
• Because of exposure to blood borne pathogens (risk level 1), 90 % of tasks require prolonged glove wear.
• One or more years of minimum experience working in a customer‑ or patient‑facing role is helpful.

U.S. Starting Hourly Wage: $17.00
The starting hourly wage reflects the actual starting rate for this position. The actual hourly wage offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
