Compensation: $54.09-$78.13/hour for active visit time + $5.10-$12.00/hour beeper pay

What You'll Do

• Respond to after-hours patient needs across the Twin Cities Metro.
• Perform urgent hospice visits, comprehensive assessments, and symptom management.
• Provide pain management, medication administration, and end-of-life nursing care.
• Guide families through changing conditions with confidence and compassion.
• Collaborate with physicians and the hospice team while documenting care accurately in the EMR.

What You'll Bring

• Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Hospice experience preferred; experienced ICU, ER, oncology, palliative care, and home health nurses are encouraged to apply.
• Strong assessment, triage, and independent clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to work evenings and overnights on a 7 On / 7 Off schedule.
