What You'll Do
- Respond to after-hours patient needs across the Twin Cities Metro.
- Perform urgent hospice visits, comprehensive assessments, and symptom management.
- Provide pain management, medication administration, and end-of-life nursing care.
- Guide families through changing conditions with confidence and compassion.
- Collaborate with physicians and the hospice team while documenting care accurately in the EMR.
What You'll Bring
- Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Hospice experience preferred; experienced ICU, ER, oncology, palliative care, and home health nurses are encouraged to apply.
- Strong assessment, triage, and independent clinical decision-making skills.
- Ability to work evenings and overnights on a 7 On / 7 Off schedule.
