Job DescriptionReputable healthcare facility near Mankato, MN is seeking a full-time, permanent Med Surg Nurse Manager to join their growing team. Details are below.
Salary: $ - $/annually
- Maintains the standards of nursing care and implements the policies and procedures of the hospital and nursing department
- Assures that each patient on the unit has a comprehensive care plane that is individualized to meet his/her needs
- Nurse Manager will work with Chief Nursing Officer and individual staff to develop educational goals and competencies for all assigned to the unit
Nurse Manager
Qualifications:
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse by the State of Minnesota Board of Nursing.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a formal leadership role (e.g. charge nurse, team lead, assistant manager, nurse manager)
- Looking for a leader in the Med Surg Department
