RN Nurse
RN Supervisor — $80,000 to $90,000 a year, credit for experience — leading the Nursing/Medical Services team at Harry Meyering Center, supporting adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities across the Mankato area.

As RN Supervisor, you'll set the clinical standard for the team, mentor RNs and support staff, and be the steady clinical presence individuals and families count on. You'll work primarily out of Mankato, with occasional travel to Faribault.
Whatyou'll do
- Supervise and mentor the Nursing/Medical Services team, including onboarding and coaching new staff
- Deliver and oversee nursing care in individuals' homes and communities, following each person's care plan
- Coordinate medications and treatments with providers and pharmacies, and keep medical records accurate and audit-ready
- Cover open shifts and rotate through on‑call RN coverage, including emergency medical response when needed
- Monitor hospitalizations and recovery, and represent nursing in admissions, discharges, and care planning
- Champion safety and compliance, including CPR certification, HIPAA, and health and safety standards
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current, unrestricted Minnesota RN license
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS Background Study
Preferred:
- Previous supervisory experience
- Experience with 245D services or home and community-based care (we'll help you build this if you're new to it)
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and digital charting, or willing to learn
- $80,000–$90,000 per year, depending on experience

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm, and requires flexibility as scheduling needs arise. The role is based primarily onsite in Mankato, with occasional travel to Faribault, and includes rotating on‑call RN coverage for emergency response.
