Position Summary
Provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs; guide members on self‑service technology and purchasing decisions; resolve member issues; promote company products and services.
What you’ll do- Assist management in supervising associates: assign duties, communicate goals, provide training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
- Receive, stock, and organize supplies and merchandise; maintain the sales floor using merchandising equipment and adequate documentation.
- Ensure facility safety: conduct safety sweeps, follow forklift and hazardous material procedures, report unsafe situations.
- Maintain merchandise presentation: handle claims and returns, zone and stock products, set up displays, price merchandise, and secure fragile items.
- Monitor food and merchandise quality: perform rotation, code‑dating, recalls, and sanitation checks.
- Oversee picking and staging of club pickup orders to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
- Develop and implement processes to meet business needs, analyze improvements, and collaborate with managers and partners.
- Promote compliance with company policies, ethics, and the Open Door Policy; assist in correcting ethical and compliance issues.
- Lead and participate in cross‑functional teams; provide advice, feedback, and support to meet timelines and quality standards.

- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Minimum of 6 months’ retail experience and 6 months’ customer service experience.
- Experience leading a team and supervising, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, and managing workload.
