H&M Sales Advisor - River Hills Mall

As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, welcome and guide customers through the store, and actively sell our products. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to give customers all relevant information for the best experience, assist with garment care and presentation, and maintain a clean, tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house area with the store team.

Working at H&M varies day to day, but a typical day includes the following responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service: welcome and guide customers and support them with direct service.
• Engage and converse with customers to deliver exceptional service.
• Guide customers through our fashion trends, stories, and products in all store areas.
• Effectively promote and sell our products.
• Promote the Customer Loyalty App and sustainability initiatives.
• Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively in all customer interactions.
• Support commercial or operational actions to achieve sales targets with store management.

• Keep up to date with fashion trends, styles, brands, and competitors.
• Use your product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers.

• Share service, fashion, and store operations knowledge with colleagues.
• Follow all store procedures, routines, and legal requirements.
• Give and receive feedback to learn, develop, and support each other.
• Participate in onboarding, training, and development courses relevant to your role.

• Complete the garment cycle from unpacking to steaming and ensuring proper garment care.
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice.
• Maintain a clean, tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house, including stockrooms.
• Present merchandise and maintain attractive displays following visual and commercial guidelines.
• Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines.
• Maintain best practice for in‑store services and tech tools such as the Instore Care App, Click & Collect, and Smart Store.
• Assist with opening and closing the store.
• Follow all H&S guidelines and legal requirements.

Compensation:
Sales Associate Pay Rate $13.75 per hour.
