Job Overview

The starting pay range for this position per hour is $21.50 - $23.50. The full pay range is $21.50 - $36.55, based on factors such as labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. • Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Ensure all team members are trained and consistently deliver on Target’s guest experience commitments and operations standards.
• Observe, provide feedback, and hold team members accountable while recognizing great guest experience moments.
• Review area guest, financial, and team outcome metrics to identify opportunities and drive results.
• Plan and execute daily/weekly workload to achieve department and store sales goals, including merchandising, pricing, and promotions.
• Lead a guest‑focused, efficient Food & Beverage team, completing the Daily Standards walk, assessing backroom and sales floor areas.
• Prioritize business needs, assign tasks, validate progress, and maintain inventory and food safety.
• Lead team huddles to communicate focus areas and leverage store reporting.
• Develop partnerships with vendors to ensure product availability and brand standards.
• Support hiring and onboarding of new team members; participate in guest services such as back‑up cashier and Drive‑up.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws, including adult beverage laws and any applicable brand standards like Starbucks or Pizza Hut.
• Demonstrate and reinforce a culture of safety, security, and ethical conduct.
• Occasionally assume store‑level leadership on duty responsibilities.
• Perform all other duties based on business needs.

• Minimum age 18; high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interest and knowledge of the Food & Beverage business.
• Experience in retail and/or food service preferred.
• Ability to lead and hold others accountable.
• Effective communication skills and welcoming attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage workload, and prioritize tasks.
• Capacity to remain focused and composed in a fast‑paced environment.
• Capability to handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 44 pounds, operating ladders, and working in refrigeration or freezer temperatures.
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times.
• Valid technology skills: communication on multiple frequency devices, handheld scanners, and other equipment.
• Openness to receiving training related to compliance, safety, and brand standards.
