Overview
Position Summary...
What you'll doCommunicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates). Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals (e.g., production, quality, safety). Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and/or analyzing business reports. Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on Logistics and company policies, standards, and procedures, monitoring compliance, and maintaining procedures and supporting documentation.
Identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns by listening and consulting with others to determine corrective action or recommendations. Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and supporting training and development needs.

Compensation
:
The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 - $98,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Some positions may include additional compensation such as RPZ (based on location) and stock.
