Delivery Associates support the Online Grocery Delivery/Pick‑Up department in Walmart stores. They load and unload product from their vehicle, deliver the merchandise, and confirm delivery with customers to ensure our products are meeting their needs. What you’ll doOnline order fillers and delivery associates shop for customers and fill their online orders, selecting the right items and ensuring accuracy. They work fast‑paced and often juggle customer needs while assisting in‑store customers.
They dispense orders to customers, engaging them during the dispensing process and ensuring a positive experience. The pace can be intense, especially in evenings, weekends and holiday seasons.
They will also adhere to performance‑based incentive awards and other benefits as part of the Walmart employee package.

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
