Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns and promoting the Companys products and services;
Operates cash registers or related equipment, processes member purchases and assists in payments, returns, refunds and exchanges;
Maintains merchandise presentation by stocking merchandise, setting up cleaning and organizing product displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing merchandise appropriately;
Maintains the Sales Floor in Liquor area in accordance with Company policies and procedures, handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise and identifying shrink and damages;
Follow Company and legal policies and procedures for Liquor sales by securing merchandise, maintaining signage, verifying Member identification and completing documentation.
