Establish and maintain Guest Services;
Support Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures;
This position will work up to 38 hours per week;
The minimum age requirement for an Assistant Store Manager is 18;
The physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds
