Provide best-in-class guest service and assist guests with meeting their video gaming needs; greet guests promptly and respond to questions and concerns courteously;
Promote store initiatives and loyalty programs and maintain a clean, organized store environment;
Assist the Store Manager with onboarding, training, and performance feedback for store associates; supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the Store Manager's absence;
Assist with staffing, scheduling, and payroll-related tasks, ensuring breaks and meals are managed per guidelines;
Ensure inventory control, loss prevention practices, and accurate POS transactions; supervise and reconcile daily financials and closeout paperwork
