We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to manage and grow an established $15M book of business across the Upper Midwest, offering the chance to step into a well-mapped, high-potential territory with strong existing customer relationships.
This role is ideal for a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys engaging customers, building partnerships, and driving organic growth within established accounts.
The Role:- Manage a ~$15M book of business across ~20 active customers
- Develop and expand relationships across existing accounts
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within assigned customer base
- Work closely with manufacturing facilities across the region
- Travel approximately 1 night per week within territory
Operate independently in a fully remote structure
Must be based in the Upper Midwest region, including:
- Wisconsin
While the role is remote, proximity to customers is essential.
What you’ll bring:- 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- Background in paper, corrugated packaging, solid fibre, or folding cartons preferred
- Proven ability to manage and grow an established account base
- Self-starter who operates effectively without close supervision
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- A genuine passion for selling and partnering with customers
- Base Salary & 20% target & company car allowance & benefits
- Opportunity to earn additional performance upside (up to an additional 10% for exceeding goals)
