Compensation

$100,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out and cultivate potential leads
  • Conduct consultations with both prospective and current clients to provide personalized insurance solutions
  • Efficiently manage the renewal process for policies to ensure seamless transitions for clients
  • Thoroughly analyze and explain various coverage options to clients, addressing their individual needs
  • Oversee the claims process, including conducting necessary visits to assess and expedite claims
  • Maintain precise records of clients and business transactions to ensure accuracy and organization
  • Collaborate effectively with underwriting teams to streamline insurance processes
  • Implement diverse marketing strategies such as social media, postcards, and phone outreach to reach a wider audience
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and new product offerings to provide clients with up-to-date information
  • Manage business operations, including budgeting and recruitment duties, to ensure smooth functioning
  • Employ various marketing tactics to attract new clients and expand the existing portfolio of policyholders
Qualifications
  • Applicants must have a positive attitude and a passion for running a business
  • We seek a motivated individual with a track record of personal and financial achievements, a strong determination for success, and a commitment to assisting others
  • The role requires proficiency in the creation of marketing and sales strategies
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in an agriculture-related field
  • Must be a superb communicator able to carefully analyze complex ideas like insurance programs; experience working in customer service is beneficial
  • Current Insurance or Securities Licenses are preferred but not required
  • Must live in the US
