Overview
We are Pepsi Co Sales. Our team spans 200 countries, committed to performing well individually and in teams to strengthen the company as a whole.
Responsibilities- Manage a sales district of 10‑25 Route Sales Representatives (RSR’s) and lead a $5‑15M business.
- Participate in a 12+ month leadership onboarding/training program.
- Assimilate and develop the necessary skillsets for the District Sales Leader role.
- Learn the Frito Lay Route Sales System and key functions across the Region Business Team.
- Complete 4‑6 months of route‑level work to learn the fundamentals of the Direct Store Delivery (DSD) network and supply chain.
- Handle administrative and technical support, and facilitate information to direct reports.
- Base salary range $66,900 – $111,950; actual salary based on skills, experience, and education.
- Performance bonus target 15% of annual salary, paid quarterly.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience required.
- Highly motivated with strong communication, negotiation, influencing, and follow‑up skills.
- Minimum two years managing frontline employees (highly preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills required.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment.
- Experience in consumer packaged goods with Direct Store Delivery preferred.
- Willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- DOT certification required during pre‑onboarding.
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically.
