- Take the initiative to promote a top‑notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs
- Developing relationships and expanding customer pipelines, develop and maintain a healthy prospect pipeline to achieve target goals
- Implementing strategies to increase sales and profit by prospection within the defined territory; follow company selling system to increase sales and profitability goals
- Close sales effectively by working closely with our Sales Manager, Finance & Insurance team
- Conducting market research to produce competitive comparisons
- Developing and maintaining expertise on industry trends and best practices
- Maintain sales management information for all customers in the assigned territory
- Maintain assigned company vehicles and equipment
- Conduct new equipment field demonstrations
- Monitor trends in customer’s business activities and provide timely communication to management
- Maintain current knowledge of used equipment values and evaluate equipment properly for trading purposes
- Maintain current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods
- Attend applicable sales training events/seminars
- Additional duties assigned as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent is required, college level education is a plus
- Ideal previous experience: 2+ years in sales in RV, automotive, television/cellphone, real estate, and home
- Professional and approachable appearance and demeanor is necessary
- Enthusiastic and strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills in order to navigate our inventory and CRM program
- Training period of 4 months with a $4,000 guarantee per month
- 20% of the gross profit on RVs
- 25% of the gross profit on boats
- $75,000 - $150,000 annual equivalent and more for top performers
- Full-time
- Saturdays required
- Sundays and one weekday off
