Finance and Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities

Finance & Insurance (F&I) Sales Manager responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with banks to secure new business contracts.
• Sell aftermarket products and finalize deals with customers to generate finance income.
• Verify all paperwork related to cash, finance, or loan transactions is completed in accordance with state laws and company policy.
• Complete financial transactions and collect payments at closing.
• Obtain lender approvals for financed and leased deals.
• Assist in obtaining approvals from lenders and understanding available program options.
• Promote extended warranty sales and manage cancellations for extended warranties and credit life.
• Coordinate closely with the sales department to achieve collective goals.

Sales Manager responsibilities (when needed):

• Assist salespeople in closing deals.
• Support customer interactions to enhance their experience.
• Ensure tasks are completed and updated within the CRM.
• Provide occasional sales training and coaching.
• Help deliver the full "Bretz Experience" to customers.

• High school diploma or equivalency degree required;
  Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Proven track record in production and customer satisfaction in a finance role.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain product features and benefits clearly.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• The employer has identified this position as a safety-sensitive position and requires pre-employment drug screening, including for non-psychoactive THC.
• Full-time availability aligning with dealership hours; weekend availability required.

• $100,000 - $150,000 annual equivalent based on salary plus commission.

• High school diploma or equivalency degree is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field preferred or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
