Position: Recreation Equipment Installer (Minnesota and Wisconsin)

Overview

The Recreation Equipment Installer will complete high-quality installation services for recreation equipment and systems while adhering to safety standards and collaborating effectively.

Essential Duties
  • Site Preparation (10 %) – Assess and prepare installation sites.
  • Installation (60 %) – Assemble and install recreation equipment (Splash pads, Playgrounds, Mini Golf Courses).
  • Quality Assurance (10 %) – Inspect installations, address defects, report to Superintendents.
  • Documentation (5 %) – Maintain logs and submit required documentation.
  • Customer Interaction (10 %) – Provide professional client guidance.
  • Training and Development (5 %) – Participate in training sessions and share best practices.
Team Collaboration & Safety
  • Work closely with Field Superintendent, Crew Lead, and team members.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, use PPE, maintain a safe work environment.
Travel Requirements

Frequent travel to project sites, including overnight and weekend travel during construction season (March–November). Candidates must live within commuting distance of Verona, WI or St. Paul, MN.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED; or equivalent education and experience.
  • Preferred AA/AS/BA/BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Ability to review and interpret construction plans and drawings.
  • Basic understanding of construction and trade practices (low‑voltage electrical, plumbing, concrete, excavation).
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, basic math and computer skills.
  • Valid driver’s license, safe driving history, dependable transportation.
  • OSHA 10 certification desired.
Physical & Environmental Demands

Ability to lift 50 lbs alone and up to 100 lbs as a team; lift up to 100 lbs;
