Position Summary:Schwickert's Tecta America is looking for skilled and motivated Commercial Refrigeration Technicians to join our team. In this role, you'll perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair work on commercial refrigeration systems. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration systems.
• Perform start-up of installed systems.
• Conduct regular maintenance and preventative services.
• Ensure compliance with HVAC codes and company safety standards.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license required.
• Technical school degree preferred, but not required.
• 3+ years of HVAC-R Refrigeration experience required.
• EPA certification.
• Control systems, boiler license not required but a plus.
• Ability to work safely at heights and in varying temperatures.
• Capable of lifting 50+ lbs, climbing stairs and ladders, and performing physical tasks.
• Strong willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.

Pay Range: $30-$45+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Physical Demands:This role requires regular use of hands, talking, hearing, standing, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, and kneeling. Must be able to frequently lift and move up to 50 lbs. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
