Performance Expectations:
- Use all required safety equipment.
- Perform inspections on trucks per instruction sheet. Determine if additional safety or service work is required.
- Correctly diagnose cause of any malfunction/customer complaint. Advise Service Manager/Shop Foreman of any additional repairs or costs of repair before performing work.
- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy and meet time guide requirements when prescribed.
- Document work performed on appropriate labor ticket.
- Punch labor tickets on time clock at beginning and end of each work session for each operation.
- Road-test vehicles when required.
- Perform any other tasks or duties as requested.
