Commercial Roofing Laborer

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as commercial roofing laborers. In this role, you will assist with the installation of a variety of commercial roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and metal roofing. This position is ideal for candidates who are hardworking, safety-focused, and interested in developing skills in the construction and roofing industry.

• Assist with installation of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, metal roofing)
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at job sites
• Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new installations
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE
• Support roofing crew with tasks as directed by the foreman or superintendent
• Perform general labor duties such as lifting, carrying, and positioning materials
• Assist with waterproofing, flashing, and sealing roof penetrations

• Experience in roofing or general construction preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of commercial roofing systems is a plus
• Ability to safely operate hand tools and power tools
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift 50+ lbs.
• Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus
