Key Responsibilities- Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems
- Work safely and efficiently as part of a professional roofing crew
- Operate roofing tools and equipment
- Assist with material handling and jobsite organization
- Participate in safety meetings and ongoing training
- Follow company safety policies and OSHA requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable attendance and dependability
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable working at heights
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Roofing or construction experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to safely perform physical job duties
- Monday through Friday
- Typical work hours are between 6:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
- Hours may vary based on project schedules, weather conditions, and workload
- Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required
- Year-round employment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Frequent ladder climbing and stair use
- Ability to perform repetitive physical movements
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Starting Pay: $23-$28 per hour (DOE)
