Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician looking for a Direct Hire opportunity with a stable schedule? Spherion Staffing is seeking experienced maintenance professionals to join our manufacturing partners in Lake Crystal and Mankato, MN.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be a key contributor to operational success, ensuring that high-speed production equipment operates at peak efficiency. If you have hands‑on experience in industrial maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance, we want to hear from you!

Mankato, MN - $26.00+ per hour
2nd

Shift: Monday - Thursday 3:30 p.m.

- 2:00 a.m.

Lake Crystal, MN - $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
Weekend

Shift: Friday - Sunday | 5:00 a.m.

- 5:00 p.m.

• Troubleshooting & Repair:
  Diagnose malfunctions in production machinery, including relays, motors, position sensors, and circuit boards.
• Preventative Maintenance:
  Perform routine and emergency maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime.
• Electrical Maintenance:
  Repair or replace electrical components such as transformers, switches, and lighting fixtures.
• Fabrication:
  Use metalworking tools (lathe, drill press, grinder) to repair broken parts or fabricate custom solutions.
• Equipment Commissioning:
  Assist in the setup, leveling, and commissioning of new machinery and robotic equipment.
• Documentation:
  Maintain detailed logs of work orders, parts inventory, and machine status using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Safety Compliance:
  Ensure all equipment operates in compliance with OSHA standards and company quality protocols.

• Experience with complex mechanical, hydraulic, and robotic maintenance within a high‑volume manufacturing facility.
• Skilled at efficiently diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment for minimize downtime.
• Proficiency with interpreting schematics and blueprints.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks (standing, bending, climbing) for extended periods.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with PLCs is preferred.
