• Coordinate and manage logistics of fleet operations to ensure timely vehicle maintenance and repairs
• Assess and assign all open events related to vehicle breakdowns
• Verify proper authorization for dispatching service requests
• Assign the nearest service provider for requested repairs and communicate estimated arrival times to customers
• Address customer inquiries and any issues that arise during the service process

• High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in dispatching for medium to heavy‑duty vehicles or vehicle maintenance
• Strong knowledge of medium to heavy‑duty vehicle dispatching
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously
• Must be available to work evening shifts and weekends as needed
• Pre‑employment drug test clearance required

• Degree in a related discipline or industry experience
• Additional certifications beyond a high school diploma/GED
