Part Time Shuttle Driver

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Shuttle Driver to join our team. The Shuttle Driver will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service by safely transporting customers to and from the dealership, ensuring a positive and convenient experience.

The wage for this role is $12.00 per hour.

• Safely operate dealership shuttle vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Transport customers to and from the dealership, service department, and other designated locations as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized shuttle vehicle, both inside and out.
• Provide information about the dealership’s service, amenities, and facilities.
• Follow established routes and schedules while adapting to traffic and weather conditions as necessary.
• Monitor shuttle vehicle maintenance needs and promptly report any issues to the appropriate department.
• Communicate effectively with dealership staff to coordinate shuttle requests and ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold a high standard of customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Assist with maintaining the refreshment/customer waiting area in the dealership.
• Picks up and transfers vehicles between dealerships as requested.
• Picks up used vehicle purchases at auction and other dealerships and directed by management.

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required to perform essential job functions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with local roads, routes, and traffic patterns.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

• MN Earned Sick & Safe Time - 1 hour accrued for every 30 hours worked

• 8 AM - 12 PM, Monday - Friday
• 1 PM – 5 PM, Monday - Friday
