UCT is looking for a talented Master Planner to join us in Austin, TX
!
- Owns management of long-term demand in MRP (Tie off demand loaded in MRP with approved Ops Plan).
- Maintains up to date configuration details in MRP, implements ECR changes as needed.
- Identifies Materials or capacity critical path with associated risks and mitigation measures.
- Assess Customer change request (drop in – cancellations…) and articulates impacts and options to prepare UCT’s response.
- Communicate to site planners' execution plan to support customer change request.
- Work with planners weekly to reconcile impact of drop ins and cancellations.
- May have to manage daily production meetings with sales, planners and manufacturing.
- Performs other duties as required.

Skills and Abilities
- Proven track record on delivering on commitments to customers.
- Extensive knowledge of Excel.
- Extensive knowledge of MRP planning processes, preferably Oracle or SAP.
- Bachelor degree in Business/Supply Chain or related field.
- APICS/CPIM would be viewed favorably but is not required.
- 7+ years planning or project management experience.

- Works in a manufacturing or Warehouse environment.
- Ability to kneel, reach, walk, push, pull and grasp.

- Required to wear personal protective equipment.
- Prolonged sitting with some standing and bending intermittently during work hours.
- Subject to interruptions.
- Required to wear personal protective equipment where applicable.
- Subject to frequent interruptions.
- May involve exposure to moderate noise levels from printers, faxes, computers etc.
- Work may require out of town travel depending upon.
