Senior Product Manager

Cox Automotive is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Enterprise Inventory Services to lead strategy and delivery of enterprise-wide inventory platforms for automotive dealers and OEMs. In this role, you will define product vision, build and prioritize roadmaps, and translate customer and market insights into scalable inventory solutions that power brands like Autotrader, Kelley Blue Book, Manheim, and Dealer track. You will partner with engineering, data, UX, and go-to-market teams to deliver APIs and tools that improve inventory accuracy, merchandising, and performance while driving measurable business outcomes.

You'll mentor PMs, influence senior stakeholders, and champion an inclusive, data-driven culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement within a flexible, people-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Own vision and strategy for Enterprise Inventory Services across Cox Automotive brands
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, requirements, and prioritized backlogs
• Lead discovery with dealers, OEMs, and internal stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities
• Partner with engineering, data, and UX to deliver scalable inventory APIs and tools
• Define and track product KPIs, using data to drive decisions and iteration
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success on go-to-market and adoption
• Champion experimentation, A/B testing, and continuous improvement practices
• Align senior stakeholders and communicate product plans and progress clearly
• Ensure platform reliability, performance, and data accuracy for inventory services
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to product management best practices
