What You’ll Do…
  • Respond to all product inquiries, including:
    • Requests for quotations
    • Sample requests
    • Technical support inquiries
    • Backlog issues
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and interactions.
  • Follow departmental procedures to create profitable quotes and sample request responses.
  • Proactively follow up on significant business opportunities.
  • Prepare and provide weekly status updates on business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and strong vendor/customer relationships.
  • Focus on closing new orders and achieving monthly and quarterly booking goals assigned by upper management.
  • Attend production meetings and communicate customer commitments.
  • Drive orders through the factory to ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD).
