This opportunity allows you to work both virtually (1 day/week) and on-site (4 days/week), supporting students in a variety of settings-primarily a 9th grade center, with occasional assignments at elementary or middle school campuses. You'll play a key role in counseling, conducting functional behavior assessments and intervention plans (FBA/BIPs), and supporting students with Autism (AU), Emotional Disturbance (ED), Other Health Impairments (OHI), Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD), and Dyslexia.

Your expertise in cognitive and achievement evaluations for SLD/Dyslexia assessments is critical.

Qualifications:
  • Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Experience in school-based settings
  • Skilled in counseling and implementing FBA/BIPs
  • Familiarity with assessments and support for AU, ED, OHI, SLD, and Dyslexia
  • Ability to perform cognitive and achievement evaluations for SLD/Dyslexia
  • Flexibility to work at various grade levels
Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and group counseling
  • Complete FBA/BIPs and participate in intervention planning
  • Conduct cognitive and academic assessments
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents
