About

The Role

We are seeking a Product Specialist to support the coordination, configuration, and ongoing management of Falcon’s product offerings. This role is responsible for coordinating material and product selections, applications, and integration required to ensure projects are executed successfully.

The Product Specialist serves as a key link between engineering, sales, marketing, and operations, reviewing project requirements and drawings, supporting product and design specifications, and managing all products within Falcon’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. This role ensures product data, specifications, and job configurations remain accurate and aligned from design through execution.

This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with technical information, managing structured data, and collaborating across teams to ensure products are delivered correctly.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Coordinate material and product selections, applications, and integration to support successful project execution.
  • Review project requirements and drawings to recommend appropriate products, identify key features, and support design considerations.
  • Draft, update, and maintain product and design specifications to accurately capture project requirements.
  • Ensure consistency and alignment between drawings, specifications, and configured products.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to document purchased components, assemblies, and product configurations.
  • Manage and maintain all product and part data within the ERP system, including configuring jobs to ensure materials align with approved design specifications.
  • Provide day-to-day support for product development and product maintenance activities.
  • Assist in evaluating and implementing product updates or enhancements based on functional, market, or cost considerations.
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver product documentation, collateral, and training materials, including specifications, technical content, user guides, marketing assets, and internal training resources to support both internal teams and customer needs.
  • Provide product support to sales and marketing teams, including assistance with product questions and opportunity identification.
  • Maintain organized documentation for all product-related activities and stay current on product knowledge and changes.
