Job Title
Medical Assistant (Full‑time)
Location & Work HoursBased in the Austin office with occasional fill‑in at Dripping Springs, Austin, and Buda locations. Monday to Friday; no weekends.
Responsibilities- Room patients and prepare exam rooms
- Enter patient information into EMA, our EMR system
- Answer phones and provide patient call backs
- Perform triage and pre‑operative scheduling of surgeries
- Clean and sterilize instruments
- Assist physicians during office visits, general surgery, Mohs surgery, and leg‑vein treatments
- Perform other tasks as needed
- Willing to receive training in general dermatology, Mohs surgery, and leg‑vein treatments
- Dermatology experience preferred
Certified Medical Assistant (preferred)
