Position Responsibilities:
* Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration, defining vision and strategy aligned with business objectives
* Gather stakeholder input, prioritize features, and ensure cross-team alignment for project management
* Advocate for user-centered design principles, ensuring the RDS platform meets accessibility and usability standards
* Write and maintain code in HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python to enhance web interfaces and functionality
* Utilize data and automation tools for data analysis and create scripts to streamline processes and improve accuracy
* Design user-friendly interfaces for responsive layouts across all devices, optimizing websites for speed and scalability
* Other projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field with 4 to 6 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 7 to 9 years of specific experience
* Proficiency in HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python.
* Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles and responsive design practices.
* Experience with design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
* Understanding of Web Accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
* Knowledge of RESTful API practices including tools such as POSTMAN.
* Ability to create mockups, prototypes, and wireframes that align with business goals and user needs
* This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.
