BDC Manager

Overview

We’re hiring a BDC Manager to run a high-urgency, high-standards lead operation focused on speed-to-lead, consistent follow-up, and setting real appointments (reservations) that show and buy
. This role is for a hands-on leader who can coach day-to-day behaviors, hold the team accountable to activity and quality, and improve outcomes without letting leads get stale.

• Own BDC performance: response time, contact rate, appointments set, show rate, and sold outcomes
• Coach scripts and messaging for text/email/calls to increase engagement and bookings
• Monitor lead flow and assign/redistribute leads to prevent missed opportunities
• Run daily huddles, call reviews, and performance follow-ups
• Build and enforce process: logging, next steps, time-stamped tasks, and escalation rules
• Partner with Sales Managers to coordinate reservations, confirmations, and day-of execution
• Recruit, train, and develop BDC reps; improve retention and performance consistency

• 2+ years BDC leadership or internet sales leadership experience in automotive preferred
• Strong coaching ability (call review, messaging review, accountability)
• Proven track record improving appointment show rate and sold outcomes
• Process-driven: you like standards, dashboards, and daily execution
• Comfortable with CRM workflows and reporting (Vin Solutions experience a plus)
• Strong communication, urgency, and professionalism
