CNC Machine Operator Job Manor area,Texas USA,Manufacturing / Production

Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find CNC Machinists/Operator for a manufacturing facility located in Manor, TX. In this role, you’ll be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision parts while maintaining quality and safety standards. Responsibilities

Operating CNC machines to manufacture parts according to specifications
Setting up machines, including loading materials and selecting appropriate tooling
Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
Monitoring machine performance and making necessary adjustments
Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting minor machine issues
Using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Following all company safety guidelines and procedures
Supporting team members and supervisors with daily production needs

Qualifications

2+ years of CNC machining experience
Ability to safely operate CNC equipment and use precision measuring tools
Strong understanding of blueprints and technical drawings
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable work ethic and ability to work independently or in a team
Basic understanding of manufacturing and shop safety practices
Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed

Perks

Pay ranges from $24–$32+ per hour (based on experience)
Two schedule options available:
- Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:30 AM (Fridays off, occasional overtime)
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
